Profilux 4 impossible to connect to WiFi network

Hello, I'm having several problem to connect a Profilux 4 controller to wifi network. I try static IP, DHCP, but nothing seems like working. The wifi status is down and the router can't assign a new ip address to device.
The green led light is off and name and password of local network are correct.
Any idea? Thank you in advance

Hi,

maybe the WiFi signal is not strong enough where the ProfiLux is placed. Please place the ProfiLux near to the router toc check if this is the problem.
If this is not the problem, please check if you can connect to the ProfiLux hotspot and open a ticket (https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/support/tickets-enquiries/).
