KH Director Chart Failing to Load

Hi, for the last 3 or 4 days I’ve been trying to load the KH Chart from my GHL IOS mobile app but it keeps failing, it takes quite some time trying to load but I guess it times-out and at the end it shows me this message:

If I try from the web browser it works. How can I get this issue fixed? I need the KH chart working from the mobile app as I’m trying to understand my KH consumption overnight.
