Connecting to profilux 3.1 to pc

Hi

Iv bern using my profile for years in a laptop with out any issues, in December 2020 I upgraded my HD to a SSD and now I can not connect to the profilux. The old HD had software 5.1.7 in installed and the SSD has the same version. I keep getting Error 28 on it

check if the driver was installed correctly and try running ProfiLuxControl as admin.

Iv done that, it still not working

Then please create a ticket (https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/support/tickets-enquiries/)and provide following information:
- Screenshot of the Windows device manager with the ProfiLux port visible
- Screenshot of the connection settings
- Firmwareversion of the ProfiLux
- ProfiLuxControl or GCC version
