Wifi update

Hi, as every 6 months, I have to performe the wifi update on my P4. And as each time, it is the same nightmare.
I went again through the instructions, but all the options that appears easy to implement are not possible in my case because I can't get the wifi connection with my P4. Indeed both the apps on my Iphone and the web server say that my wifi firmware should be at least version 6718.
Looking to my GHL Control Center, wifi firmware is supposed to be 7081.
Why it doesn't work?
It worked one month ago and since then nothing has changed.
And I tried the update through the file Wifi firmware update tool, and same it doesn't work.
What can I do?

Since you are running firmware which is over 1 year old, you will have to follow the steps in "Update / Emergency Update via USB".
Update both the Web interface and Wi-Fi module firmware by following these steps.
