Happy new year to everybody!
I decided this year to use my Profilux 3ex but I can not connect it to my PC using the usb factory cable (it can be connected using LAN).
As you can see from the screenshot, no drivers are installed from GHL control center.
Uninstall it, reinstall it, nothing changed. Try to manual install the drivers (according to the You tube video you have uploaded), again no luck.
