Hey,

A week ago finally received my KHD set.
First problem is that I can not log in to myGHL as I did not receive the confirmation mail. I have requested couple of times for resend a new one but never get anything.
Second thing is that GHL Connect app can not see KH Director when trying to assign device.

If you have not done so already, please open a support ticket for further assistance with the myGHL confirmation email.

As long as the KHD is powered ON and connected correctly in the PAB chain with a PAB cable, the primary device will detect it and allow you to assign it.
