Cannot add a device

I am having issues adding my p4 to myghl. When I attempt to add the device and provide the device id, it consistently returns that the device couldnÂ’t be added. My p4 is set up for WiFi connectivity and is assigned a static ip. The firmware is up to date. I am able to connect to the device locally using IP. I have myghl enabled thru gcc and my account info situated. IÂ’ve tried adding the device thru myghl & thru the p4 with the same result. Any help is appreciated- thanks in advance, dj

Hi,

if the local connection works you should check the DNS-ip address setting (e.g. google dns: 8.8.8.8) and the firewall on your router, which must accept outgoing connections from your P4 to the myGHL-server via tcp port 80.
If this doesn't solve the issue, I'd recommend to create a support-ticket. Name the device's myGHL-ID so we're able to take look at the current connection state of the P4.
