Airtemp and humidity programing

Hi, i need to program my exhaust Fan to turn on when the temp goes up or when the humidity goes up.

can't seem too work it out, could someone please help.

use programmable logic:
function "temp 1 cool" OR "humi 1 decrease"
assign "logic" to the socket in question
