SMS Back up problems

Afternoon Forum. Having issues backing up my SMS files into my computer.
When I select tab for back up I get this window.

What is the serial number and firmware version of the SMS module?
If you have any other PAB devices connected, please try disconnecting them while performing the backup.

Please open a ticket (https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/support/tickets-enquiries/) and tell us the serial number and firmware version of the SMS module, then we can check what the problem could be.
