Alk level off and connecting issues

Hi all i managed to setup my ghl after 3 months of struggling and pulling up my hair then agein lost connection i cant see ghl on my wifi network i use my laptop to use kh director with usb cable my readings are very different first 7.9 then 11.9 -5.8 -9.6 -10.8 is that normal?

These are two separate issues:

If you were able to connect through your network before and now you can longer do that, it may be for the following reasons:
Weak signal strength, new ISP, new router, changes to network settings

As for the widely varying KHD test results, this is commonly caused by air bubbles or incorrectly calibrated probe or pump heads. Troubleshooting tips for this device can be found here:
