Difference between flush measurement cell and end measurement cell

You mean the difference between flush and empty measurement cell?

"Flush measurement cell" does flush (fill and empty) the cell. THis is recommended to run after a pH sensor calibration or after running "Vent internal reagent tube".
"Empty measurement cell completely" does empty the measurement cell. You should use this function if there is water left in the measurement cell after a measurement, e.g. if a measurement was cancelled.
