Display’s key doesn’t work

Hello Everybody, I have a problem with the return key cause it doesn’work.
It happened yesterday while I was calibrating sensors. Suddenly the key begun not to work anymore. I got the Profilux 6 months ago. What should I do? Is it better to send it back since it is still under guarantee period or there is something different i can do before?

I tried as instructed, calibrated the keys on the spot and the enter works but an arrow flashes continuously.
I tried in another room and everything works correctly, brought back to final position but the enter key still does not work.
I noticed that when the aquarium lights are turned off it works and then stops

However, I noticed that when the aquarium lights are turned off, everything works and then returns to non-functioning when they turn on.
Is there any way to shield or avoid this problem?
