KHD SA w/ Profilux

This should be simple. I recently purchased the KHD package, but didn't realize I was getting a stand alone module. I have a P4. I only plan on using it for Alk and may end up getting the Ion director in the future.


What are the downside to having the slave unit when you own a Profilux system? Should I return and replace to integrate it.

A Standalone doser can be switched over to slave mode at any time. This allows you to integrate it with your P4 system. The added benefit is the option to freely convert the device back to SA mode if you ever choose to do so.

Slave dosers on the otherhand do not need to be converted and are designed to work alongside a SA doser or ProfiLux.
