Using 2.1 Doser as ATO with saltwater.

I am using a KHD for measuring values three times a day I am taking out of the system approximately a litre per day of saltwater out of the system. I would like to move to 4 measurements per day but I am holding off that until I sort this matter out.

I am considering replacing the saltwater removed by using one of the 2.1 pumps.

Is it OK to run saltwater through the 2.1 pumps without having any effect on the long term workings of the pumps?
