MYGHL Profilux3 device not connecting on iphone GHL connect app?

My Profilux 3 device is not approachable (myGHL ID) trough GHL Connect? When i create a new device in the app based on IP vs myGHL ID, it connects instantly?
My Profilux 4 device connects normal (myGHL)..

I noticed that GHL hasn't released new (firmware)updates, let be supporting PL3 devices...? Is it being faced-out by the PL4...
Is GHL back online or still in COVID mode...
