setup connection error

I've tried cycling the power over and over and i keep getting the "connection error" message after i connect to the P4's wifi.
I am able to connect to the P4's wifi but the GHL app cannot connect to the P4.

All the videos I've watched do the same step but it works in one try.
any help would be awesome.

i also tried the web browser method and after putting in the log in info in the screen endlessly buffers....
