Unable to connect

I am unable to connect either of my Profilux 4's. There were once hooked up but now i get the attached error.

How were you connecting? Local or through myGHL?
If you search for nearby wifi networks, do you see the hotspot signal (GHL-DEV or custom name) displayed? If yes, have you tried to connect to that and connect to the fixture?
