I just brought some magnetic stirrers but have one that's not working. I've opened a ticket on GHL support page but not heard anything back from them. Don't know if the support team are working at GHL at the present time so wondered if anyone knew if they were or they're just not responding.

If the ticket was submitted after hours on a Friday or during the weekend, a reply is usually had within 24 hours after normal working hours.
