ProfiLux 4 and doser 2.1

Just ordered a Profilux 4 and I already have a doser 2.1 set up as a master. Is there any advantage of adding the doser as a slave to the P4 or just leave it as a master?

you can control everything centrally. if there are any extensions, all devices can work together.

As mentioned above, your Standalone D2.1 can be swtiched over to slave mode so it can be controlled by the P4. Any changes you want to make to your doser schedules would now be done through the P4 connection. Just make sure you type-in your existing dose schedules into the P4 because those will not carry over after the doser is switched to slave.

Thanks for the advice - my doser is now connected to the P4 and working as expected.
