Kh director showing wrong Time

kh director is measuring twice a day but it says the date is November 2019

Have you set the master device to the correct timezone?
If not, you will find this option in the General settings page.

Do the above, then run a manual test and see if the last measurement date displays correctly.

When you say master do you mean the profilux 4 if you do that is fine,I ask it to take measurements at 13.00 and 01.00 which it does fine ,just measured now the last test shows 12th February 201212339

Yes, a master device would be a ProfiLux controller or Standalone Doser.
