KH Director Readings Way Higher that My Regular Manual Test Kit.

Good Morning All, I'm hoping this post will assist in resolving an discrepancy I am seeing with my newly setup GHL KH Director. I have been manually testing using a Res Sea Test kit for months. DKH has always been in the 7.0 to 7.6 dKH range. I went through all the setup instructions and after testing I'm getting consistent reading in the 10.6 to 10.9 dKH range on the GHL KH Director. What is bothering me is that I also purchased a Reef Kinetics Reef Bot and it's automating alkalinity testing using the Red Sea Test Kit. I'm reading 7.0 dKH which is consistent with my manual testing. So the question is why is the GHL KH Director Reading so off?

Please make sure that the pH-sensor and dosing pump calibrations are correct. The calibration of the dosing pumps has to be done very accurately.
