tube have air

I have 2 question.

1. I have always air in port one GHL 2.1 SA. Other ports are working good, no air.
2.in port 3 there is a red light and light is always on position. is there any problem?

Hi,

1. There are a few reasons why this may be happening.

Tube not fully inserted onto clear tube adapter
RO-style fittings are being used


2. If by "red light" you mean the light on the left-side of the doser, that means the pump is currently running either due to a manual dose or scheduled dose.
