Reagent dosing problems

All of the sudden, pump number two (reagent dosing) on my Doser 2.1 stopped working, making Kh controll impossible. The pump works only when I press dose on the unit. Also works when I dose specific amount, or when I press dose on my GHL Connect app, so I’m guessing, it’s not a mechanical problem, more like software/settings issue. What am I missing on?

Include screenshots of your KHD settings and settings for your reagent pump.
Also specify what you mean by "stopped working"...let us know exactly what stopped...the rollers or pump not turning on.
Serial number of KHD and Doser will be needed.
