Hi all, hoping someone can help. I have been having issues connecting my P3 to the cloud so I can access it anywhere because I travel a lot but been unsuccessful all the time. I have created and submitted ticket la as well but no reply after the first 2 chats. Can some please help ? 12181

This message suggests that the controller may not be connected to your home network. Check your settings and confirm that you can connect when you are within the range of your network.

Another possibility is that myGHL is not enabled on the device and/or app.

Thanks for getting back to me, I have done this . I can confirm my P3 is visible on the network and app can fine it and functional however,0 I can’t still add it to my GHL could ...
Please advise.

Power cycle the P3 (Turn OFF/ON), wait 2-3 minutes, then try to add the device again using either the app or myGHL website.
If that still does not work, please open a support ticket.
