Depending on how you setup the P4 during initial setup, you may be able to access the controller by using your mobile device to connect to its hotspot signal. Once connected, you will be able to go to the NETWORK settings page and type-in the new network information. We have a video which shows you how to do that:

Steps for getting the controller on your home network starts at 4:21

The other option is to connect to the controller using GHL Control Center (USB):

Thanks for the reply, the problem is that the device itself has lost the wifi, and the wifi light is off, I know all the operating instructions but the device gets nothing,

If the Wi-Fi light is still OFF, that means something in the Wi-Fi (Client) settings was entered incorrectly. Perhaps a white space or typo somewhere in the settings.
Are you able to see the P4's hotspot signal and connect to it?

Open a support ticket please.
Provide us with screenshots of your current WiFi settings on the P4, both Client and Access Point. Also provide photos of your current network settings and WiFi module firmware.
