Need some advice please
Been trying to set up my kh director which I bought 2 weeks ago. Since then I've calibrated the pumps 3x (water and waste fast speed 3, reagent slow 0) I've have also calibrated my ph electrode 3x using the ph4 and ph7 fluid. I've vented the reagent, no bubbles or anything but I'm constantly getting titration error.
When I've taken the reagent hose off and vented, fluid flows through with no problem but I dont think it's going into the mixing chamber. I can here the pump running when measuring but as my kh director is brand new I dont want to break the warranty seal to look inside.
Any advice would be much appreciated as it's getting really annoying now lol
