How to show KH Director on GHL Connect dashboard?

The KH Director is set up and operating correctly. It does show up on the Touch control panel, and alerts from it display as well. However, it does not show up on GHL Connect on my iPhone. Any ideas how to set it up to display on the dashboard?

To add the KH-Director tile to the dashboard, click the brush-icon to enter edit mode, then click on the plus-icon and select 'KH-Director', then add it and click on the checkmark-icon to save the changes.
