Temp probe

I have plugged in the temp probe and it is eated correctly. I see no temp display. Yes I read the manual. I go to probe/sensor step in the program and see no temp activation - only level. I push C on the controller itself and nothing happens. What am I missing?

in ProfiLuxControl after you've connected:

what device type and S/N are displayed?

what S/N is printed on the device (bottom label)?

this is the reason: there is no valid S/N stored in the ProfiLux for some reason
