Unable to update firmware

I was unable to update the firmware from 7.21 to 7.23. Thought maybe I couldn't skip versions so updated to 7.22 no problem. Then again tried to update to 7.23 and still wasn't able to. I get an error message as soon as the actual update starts. Any ideas?

If the firmware upgrade has failed, it might be needed to perform the emergency update.
