the kh shows me a very high result, 11.5 instead of 9.5, I did twice a reset exactly as instructed, I checked the ph calibration and it is correct, the dosing pumps were tested twice and did not find the problem, data: high speed pumps 37 ml, low speed 6 ml, ph shows 4.01 and 7.01, what to do

Hi Yosi,

your calibrated 6ml/min dosing speed for your reagent pump seems a bit high. This might be still a calibration problem.
