I just bought a Doser 2.1 and cannot get it on my wifi network with the dozens of other things.

I have reset to factory (GHL Control center -> extras -> default settings)
I have updated to 1.35
I have it set to client mode
I have tried using DHCP
I have tried setting the IP address statically
I have tried both of my wifi networks
I have tried all combinations of the options in the wifi settings
I have power cycled it
I can never ping it from any computer
I have reset it again and left it in access point mode and tried to connect from my phone but get "incorrect password" for the Dosers wifi

How do I get this thing on the network?

When the doser was set to Access Point mode, were you able to see the GHL-DOSER hotspot signal on your phone or tablet?
If yes, then the WiFi chip is working normally.

Not being able to connect may be a result of a typo in the network name or password entered. These fields are case-sensitive. Check for any white-spaces too in the fields.

Steps for setting up the doser with a Static IP can be seen here:

Yes I can see the hot spot and I have verified all of the connection info. I have copied and pasted as well as typed by hand a number of times.

Thanks for posting the doc, that was what I followed to attempt to config.

Please open a support ticket for further assistance.
Include screenshots of your existing Doser WIFI settings and network settings.
