Waste water tubing length and depth in container?

All the lines have allot of detail on length and placement. However the Waste Water line and placement inside the waste container are not talked about.

Would it be ok to have the waste water tubing at the bottom of the container? Would it be ok to get submerged by the waste?

```The waste water tube must not hang in the water, it must hang freely over the water surface.```

Do this for the waste and vent tube, in order to be on the safe side.
