Salinity meter on Profilux 3

I am struggling to make a reading on my salinity probe. I am very technologically disadvantaged and need help. Bought the Profilex from someone that gave up the hobby. How do I get it working ?

Currently it is saying CO. S 1 0.9986. !

Also, where can I purchase an ph probe for the unit ?
