Updating Doser 2.1 from 2016

Hi All

I'm trying to update my Doser, which has been working fine from 2016. I was just performing basic maintenance and saw there was an update. I'm connecting to the the Doser with a USB cable, but I can't get the update to work.

I log in, go to firmware update in the maintenance tab, hit the button. The wizard gives me a couple screens of info about backing up and downloading the firmware. I hit Next to start the update, but it fails and gives me a warning screen saying "Error: Update can not be started!" "Reset the device by disconnecting it from power for a few seconds."

I've tried this over and over again, but still get the same error screen. Can someone please help?

Hello,

This error happens if the correct COM port number for the USBVCOM driver was not selected.
