Trouble with the KH Director

Hello,

I have a very surprising problem with my KH Director.
When asking for a measurement, nothing happen except that I get a noise from the pump. The pump doesn't run but only issue a noise.
Please note that when the pumps are used separately, they work properly (all 3). I have open and checked the KHD and everything look normal. The vent tube is OK.
Don't understand.

I think that you have used wrong power supply. It must be 24v.

It is possible the wrong power supply is being used, please check to see that you are using a 24V PSU.
