I am wondering if there is a way to clean measuring cell inside ? I am sure over time there is a contaminating film that might cause off reading..

You could use vinegar solution with RODI water.

I was wondering that too just want to make sure i wouldnt damage any elements .

Flushing the cell with a 50/50 mix of water and vinegar will be okay.
Just make sure to drain and flush the cell several times afterward so it is fully cleared of vinegar mix.
