New Maxi Doser noisy and stopping

Hi, I just got my brand new Maxi doser to use for AWC. Just wired and plumbed it up and 1 of the heads is really noisy and keeps stopping making a grinding/buzzing noise when it does. Seems to be worse on the faster speeds. On the fastest speed it stops and continually buzzes!

Any ideas? are they not tested before shipping?
