Versuche meine E-Mail Benachrichtigung wieder in Gang zu bringen.
Mittendrin funktionierte es nicht mehr.
Welche Einstellungen muss ich wählen, wenn ich via Outlook.de Benachrichtigt werden möchte.

for people who have the same doubt

“File” menu>Select “Options“> “Mail” option in the left pane>“Message arrival” section.
then check the “Display a Desktop Alert” box if you want a notification box to appear when you receive an email. Uncheck it if you don’t want a notification box to appear. You can also choose “Show an envelope icon in the taskbar” if you wish.
