wifi doser 2 problem

I dont see doser wifi name on my wifi list. so I cant use application in my iphone.
and there is a light and it is always on near the third dosing pump.
lastly, is there anyway to reset all settings to factory setting?

the pump lights should only be illuminated, when they are actually dosing.
