dosing tube on KH regent keep popping out

why is my dosing tube on my 2nd pump assigned to the Kh reagent keep popping off? it pumps like 6 rotations then pops off

It’s a new unit I am setting up today with no luck

Any help please ?

Make sure that the chamber is not full and also check the vent tubing for the white filter

GHL support got in contact with me and they think it’s the magnetic valve and asked that I return the KH unit for a repair.
