Doser 2 Head sticking

One of the heads on my Doser 2 slave connected to P3ex is not working properly, it seems to stick at times and sometimes does not work at all
I swapped the dosing heads around and the head is working fine in another slot.
I have kindof come to the conclusion that the motor in the doser 2
Is there anything else I should be doing before ordering a replacement motor?

Just to make sure, are we talking about the Doser 2.0 or 2.1?

If you remove the head, can you manually run this motor and see if the motor shaft spins without interruption?

Doser 2.0
When I take the head off - it spins. But with the head, it spins once in a while but looks like catching.
I tried changing the head from the adjacent ones and the same result.

Depending on the overall use and age of the motor, a replacement may be the best option.

Ordered replacement motors. Toim a while to come, in the mean time, I swapped the motors and gave the head a nice clean . Vola, it all works. The replacement doser head and motor are spares
