Hi there,

So it seems you cannot go under 1000uS for the calibration value for CondF electrodes right ?

I was planning tu use this second electrode to check about quality of my RO tank ... So as the value are usually very small (around 30uS) I had chosen a solution at 84 uS ....
Isn't there a way to bypass the limit at 1000 uS ?

Thanks

PS : I am using a P4 with firmware 7,18

You use the 1000 uS calibration solution for the second calibration value.
When determining the first calibration value, the probe is in the air, and determines the value 0
The measuring range is from
min 10 μS
max 1900 μS

Thanks again Pit.
In the meantime I was able to check in the manual that yes, "Min. calibration value 2" for Fresh water conductivity is 1000uS.
It's frustrating but at least it's clearly documented.

Thanks again for your attention to my questions !

I don't really understand your problem, you can measure your RO water safely.

I simply would like to use a solution with 84uS instead of 1412uS to calibrate my conductivity probe ..... Unfortunately it is not possible !

I know, but for what? Just because you calibrate in a different range doesn't change the accuracy of the result. Only the ADC values are determined during calibration, nothing more.
It is much more important to pay close attention to the temperature of the calibration solution.

OK, I see what you mean ... So I'll get me the "official" 1412uS calibration solution !
Thanks for your help
