As Pit mentioned, there are other options available which do not call for setting up a Doser 2.1 on a mac.
It is possible to setup and program the doser right out of the box with our GHL Connect app.

I have no idea what you are talking about. "you can use the app" what app? I checked on the apple "app store" and there is nothing under GHL or Myghl, or ghlcontrolcenter wine. can you explain so that a layman can understand please
