doser 2 SA help!

I have a doser 2 SA that im having an issue connecting and updating. I have never used ghl products before so any help would be great.

I downloaded new software and it will not connect. the unit itself is flashing red/yellow which is an error with serial number or security key. im just at a loss on what to do.

any help with this would be great!

ok so I got it connect but cannot perform and updates or find anything to get it to stop flashing red/yellow. I get error messages when I try to update.
