3rd pump on my KH doser has stopped working

Hi,

I have gotten around the problem by moving the KH director to the 4th spare pump, but the 3rd just makes a whining noise and doesn't turn
Can somebody point me to how to troubleshoot?

I had the same problem.. You need to submit ticket to support . You need a new blue cover..I am waiting for mine to come soon..

have had the same problem. My blue cover was send to me last week, now it works. Was a good support by GHL.
