Can't find where to adjust sensor graph range or to display them aside from on touch

Hello All,

First off, I tried to download the Profilux Touch manual and this is what I see:11244

Here is what my GCC shows when I connect to the Profilux3.1ex N (up to date FW) and click on Profilux Touch (1.06 FW):11245

From looking at others posts it looks like there should be a lower box that shows sensors and max/min ranges, why can't I see that information? Any help would be appreciated, I'm trying to dial in my redox and an ozone generator and I'd like to see what my numbers hit over night. But when I look at the graph on the touch its range spans a thousand units.

Enable EXPERT MODE.

This can be found in the VIEW tab at the top of the GCC screen.
