Hi All

New to the board and new to the whole reef aquarium scene.......

I am setting up a nano 60cm x 40 cm x 50cm

I have purchased the Profilux II Plus and the 6 Socket power bar.

I also have this lighting module:

It also has two LED's for moon lights. They simply plug straight into the electrical socket for a simple on or off. I want to use the moonlight function on the profilux to control these lights in a luna cycle. Its it possible with the sockets on the 6 socket power bars i have? do i need a dimmable ballast? Or do I need to get one of these:?????

Also, I have calibration fluids for an American Marine Ph probe, I was assuming the fluid would be all the same? Can I use these fluids to calibrate the Profilux PH probe?

Many thanks in advance.....

Hello,
no, our Powerbar2Dim can't be used for dimming the LEDs.
It should generally be possible to modify your module to a dimmable one, but for this purpose you should ask an electrician to do this. The ballasts have to be replaced etc.

Yes, you can also use your fluids for calibration.
