Programmable logic

Trying to make programmable logic for powerbar socket 3 but cant get it work.

I want to socket 3 turn on if pH raises over 8.2, how I do it, I have tryed to use NOT and AND function.

You don't need a programmable logic to do that. Set your desired values under Probe, Sensor Controls, ph-value 1
Go to socket 3 , double click, ph-value 1, decrease.
