Hi all
I have a profilux 4 and mitrax lx6300 ( 6100HV updates to new pucks) and have two few issues. I will make a separate post in the Mitras section of the forum to avoid confusion in answering the connection problem.
the connection issue is that, I can connect via wifi and wired USB connection and phone app with any computer or my windows tablet. But if i try and connect via my computer on my network it does not work. I can ping the wifi from the computer on my network but cannot connect via the app. I also make sure all other connection are off when trying to connect via the GCC app on the computer.
The wifi module has firmware 6565
and the pofilux is firmware 7.10
I have assigned a static ip and all relevant information like gateway and subnet mask.
not really sure what is going on.
