Could someone be so kind as to give me instructions or a step by step instruction on how to connect my profilux 4 to the connect app on my iphone 6s please , i keep getting no connection failed. Thankyou in advance .

follow this manual in order to setup the network configuration of your ProfiLux 4:

The easiest way is to use WPS method and afterwards assigning preferably a static ip, which
you use in GHL Connect and define your device there.

If you still do not succeed, give us as many details you can of the network environment and the settings shown
in GHL Control Center from the System->Communication page.
